Jared grew up in Tennessee and placed his faith in Jesus as a freshman at the University of Tennessee. After college, he earned his Masters of Divinity from Southern Seminary, where he met his wife Amy. Jared served as a children's pastor for six years before transitioning to a career in marketing. He currently serves as a missionary with the International Mission Board and is an ACBC certified biblical counselor, specializing in premarital and marriage counseling. Jared and Amy have three children.
